City-BPK Discuss Correction Journal on 2016 Budget LKPD

Jakarta Provincial Government along with Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) is discussing the Correction Journal on the 2016 Budget's Local Government's Financial Statements (LKPD). 

SKPD must follow up it by completing BPK recommendation

City Secretary, Saefullah disclosed regional working unit (SKPD) is pro-actively providing information as complete as possible on the questions submitted by BPK.

According to him, if there is something deemed unfinished, it must be open and delivered. The purpose, BPK can provide suggestions for a future improvement and a better financial statement.

City Submitted LKPD Budget Year 2016

"SKPD must follow up it by completing BPK recommendation," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (5/8).

The city committed to make the financial statements that is transparency and accountable.  Hence, it is expected to get appreciation objectively.

"We give assessment to BPK and hope to get the best opinion," he uttered.

In the meantime, Jakarta BPK Chairman, Syamsuddin stated audits conducted are figures suitability, formations placement in accordance with government accounting standards, and compliance with law procedures.

"The examination is done by nature based on the sample, so there should be a correction for further discussion," he disclosed.
